UN to Visit Xinjiang?

March 30, 2021;

United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres says the UN is negotiating with China for a visit “without restrictions” to East Turkestan [Ch:Xinjiang] to observe the treatment of the Uyghur Muslim population there. Guterres quotes the Chinese as saying “they want that mission to take place.”
