When and how Contact will re-emerge and evolve will be determined by those who become involved.
The 7th session of the 16th Tibetan Parliament-in-exile has started its budget session for the financial year 2019 – 2020. The session will discuss and approve the Central Tibetan Administration’s annual budget. The Speaker of the Parliament appealed to parliamentarians to engage in productive discussions keeping to the interests of the six millions Tibetans they represent. The ten day session will conclude on March 29.
