When and how Contact will re-emerge and evolve will be determined by those who become involved.
Tibetans in India holding foreign passports have been requested by the Central Tibetan Administration (CTA) to ensure they are registered with their local Tibetan Settlement Office. The CTA advised that they may not be able to support visa extensions or exit permits for Tibetans who become stranded due to the COVID-19 lockdown should they fail to register.
