When and how Contact will re-emerge and evolve will be determined by those who become involved.
His Holiness the Dalai Lama has opened the second Dialogue with Russian scientists now taking place at Tsuglakhan, the main temple in Dharamshala, saying “The time has come to […] educate the younger generation […] that each of our futures depends on the rest of the world”. The Dialogue on Understanding the World is organised jointly Moscow Tibet organisations with the support of Moscow education instutitions.
