Time to Reflect for Tibetans in India

April 1, 2020;

COVID-19 restrictions have forced the closure of prayer halls and monasteries but according to Geshe Ngawang Norbu the near 94,000 Tibetans in India are using the time “to introspect and reflect”. The official at Sera Jey Monastery, Bylakuppe goes on to add that in the absence of physical classes Tibetan monks “are utilising this time to study more” and “are conducting some lessons online and exchanging notes”.
